Local Leaders Acquire Global Expertise in Facility Services Management
In 2021, MHI Investment Holdings (MHI) and Citadel Pacific Ltd (CPL) made a strategic investment by acquiring ISS Facility Services.
MHI has a rich history of investing in people and services, while CPL has a diversified portfolio ranging from controlling stakes in various industries, such as telecommunications, retail, petroleum and gas distribution, commercial and industrial property, in-flight catering, and manpower services. This acquisition was made with the intention of gaining a foothold in the Philippine facilities management market and leveraging the established leading Facility Management presence of ISS since 2006, both in the local market and abroad.

In 2021, we proudly relaunched as XISCO, now operating under the esteemed ownership of MHI Investment Holdings Inc.
With the backing of the MHI Group’s robust capital and a diversified yet highly synergistic portfolio, XISCO gains access to a wide range of resources, technology, and training programs. We now possess an even stronger position in nationwide service delivery and fulfillment. Alongside this transition, we have embraced our unique identity through a revitalized logo, distinct icon, and harmonized color palette.
